Franklin PTA Ice Cream Social – September 12!

Franklin PTA, in collaboration with the Franklin Dad’s Club, is excited to host our Ice Cream Social on Thursday, September 12, from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM outside the MPR.

This fun-filled afternoon will feature delicious pizza and ice cream, giving families the perfect opportunity to connect, relax, and celebrate the start of the school year together.

Burlingame Parks and Recreation's After School Enrichment

Burlingame Parks and Recreation's After School enrichment programs are now available! This semester, Burlingame Parks and Recreation is offering a variety of classes ranging from chess, art, cooking, science, coding and more! Enrichment classes start the week of August 25^th and take place right on Franklin's campus! Registration can take place online at registration.burlingame.org or over the phone at 650-558-7300.

As we return for the 2025-2026 school year, the PTA is excited for all of the fun events and activities ahead! To make them happen, we need everyone in the community to get involved. To get started, we're asking everyone for 3 things:

1. Sign up to volunteer

Our events only happen if we have volunteers! It's a fun, rewarding way to connect with your kids, meet new people, and help your community. Events throughout the year include Drive-in Movie Night, Math Mondays, Family Dance, Science Fair, and Book Fair.

2. Join the PTA

Please join the PTA to have a voice in how we support the community! Everyone is welcome to join our monthly meetings, but only members are eligible to vote.
